1-Refund Policy
All donations given to the Child Advocacy Center of Rockingham County either through online or mail-in are non-refundable.
When purchasing tickets online for an event, make sure the correct number of tickets you want to purchase is selected. If your credit card is charged for more tickets than you intended, please contact us and we will refund you the appropriate funds.
2-Privacy Policy
When visiting our web-site, no information or cookies are exchanged.
If you choose to sign up for our Newsletter on our web-site we only collect the e-mail address that you submit. Your e-mail address is kept in a secure place, only used for e-mailing a pdf version of our most recent Newsletter. We do not share your e-mail address with any third party. If you do not wish to receive Newsletters via e-mail, please contact us and we will take you off our list.
When making a donation online, all credit card information is collected by Authorize.net and our banking institution. We do not keep any credit card information at our agency.
